When you request WordPress Training with WP Trainer, the selected date will be penciled in but will not be confirmed until the full payment is received.

If payment is not received due by the date on the invoice (normally at least 7 days before your selected date), your reservation may be cancelled.

Refunds will only be given if at least 48 hours notice is given prior to the training date, but is subject to an administration fee of £40, deducted from the refund.

Where accommodation has been booked, and a cancellation fee is required that will also be deducted from the refund.

In the rare event that the trainer has to cancel due to illness etc. you will be given the opportunity to rearrange the training day.
